* S. Main Street from William Street to Huron Street (to re-open at 11:00 P.M.)
* Liberty Street from S. Ashley Street to S. Fourth Avenue
* Washington Street from S. Ashley Street to S. Fourth Avenue (except for traffic entering or exiting the Washington Street Parking Structure)

The event itself will be conducted from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. The extended time for the requested street closure will facilitate set up and take down activities related to the event.

The sponsors, the Mayor's Office and Arbor Brewing Company, will insure that access to the Washington Street parking structure is maintained during the event. In addition, the sponsor will coordinate the bagging of parking meters with the DDA and Republic Parking.

The sponsors agree to obtain all necessary permits and to comply with all City regulations governing the use of the streets. Arbor Brewing Company will submit an application for approval from the State of Michigan Liquor Control Commission for temporary sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the defined areas pursuant to the M.L.C.C. regulations. The Arbor Brewing Company will close their portion of the event at 11:00 P.M.

Notification of the street closings will be provided through the City's website.

The event has been coordinated with all relevant City service areas for the purposes of traffic control and for the protection of the health and safety of the participants and the general public.
