Whereas, Twenty-Five Sac Self-Storage Limited Partnership is the owner of property commonly known as 3655 S. State Street, described at Liber 4118, Page 299 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Twenty-Five Sac Self-Storage Limited Partnership has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
