Whereas, Organ Procurement Agency of Michigan, d/b/a Gift of Life Michigan is the owner of property commonly known as 3861 and 3869 Research Park Drive, described at Liber 4615, Page 59 and Liber 4683, page 901 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Organ Procurement Agency of Michigan, d/b/a Gift of Life Michigan has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
