Attached for your consideration is a request from Homes Brewery, LLC for a new Micro-Brewer, Small Wine-Maker, Small Distiller Liquor License, Dance/Entertainment Permit, Outdoor Service Area, and New Sunday Sales (AM & PM), to be Located at 2321 Jackson Road. The applicant plans to convert a former warehouse into a restaurant/retail space and will be family-friendly with trivia, darts and cornhole games.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
