Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request from SVP Corporation for a new Resort Class C Liquor License to be located at 2721 Plymouth Road. The applicant plans to split the existing space into half retail and half restaurant space, with a full lunch and dinner menu which would include craft beers and wine.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
