Attached is a resolution to approve the request from Biercamp, LLC for a New Small Wine Maker to be Held in Conjunction with a Micro Brewer License, located at 1643 S. State Street. Biercamp is a small specialty meat shop with a current Micro Brewer liquor license under which they brew small batches of beer and sell it in to-go or in pint glasses on site. Biercamp is applying for a new Small Wine Maker liquor license to allow them the ability to brew hard cider.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer, Fire Services and the Council Liquor License Review Committee approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
