Whereas, Arrowwood Hills Cooperative, formerly known as Pontiac Heights Cooperative, Pontiac Oval Cooperative, and Ann Arbor Homes, Inc., is the owner of property commonly known as 2566 Arrowwood Trail, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 1262, Page 291, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Arrowwood Hills Cooperative has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewer, described as:
Commencing at the North 1/4 corner, Section 16, T.2S., R.6E., Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence along the North and South 1/4 line of said Section S01°03'35"E 2649.34 feet to a found pipe at the center of said Section; thence along the East and West 1/4 line of said Section S86°04'00"W 540.81 feet to the point of beginning of this easement; thence S03°56'00"E 30.00 feet; thence S86°04'00"W 113.82 feet; thence S03°55'59"E 10.00 feet; thence S86°04'00"W 57.32 feet; thence S46°06'02"W 79.01 feet; thence N89°08'00"W 34.17 feet to the Easterly right of way line of Pontiac Trail; thence along said right of way line N00°52'00"E 40.00 feet; thence S89°08'00"E 17.79 feet; thence N46°06'02"E 77.09 feet; thence along said East and West 1/4 line N86°04'00"E 185.59 feet to point of beginning; being a part of the SW1/4 of said Section 16, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
