Resolution to Approve Schedule 22 to the Interagency Agreement for Collaborative Technology and Services allowing Washtenaw County to be added to the City's Enterprise License Agreement for Cityworks Software with Azteca, Inc. (FY 2015: $9,166.00; FY 2016: $20,000.00; FY 2017: $20,000.00)
Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution authorizing a three-year commitment to Washtenaw County allowing them to be added to the City's Enterprise License Agreement for Cityworks software. This will allow the County to create their own Cityworks installation for use by Water Resources Commissioner beginning in FY 2015. The City will be the main licensee for Cityworks and will pay the entire enterprise license cost (including maintenance, updates, or support) and invoice the County for its portion. The County will be invoiced as follows:

FY 2015 (prorated for planned April implementation): $9,166.00
FY 2016 & FY 2017: $20,000.00

Fiscal/Budget Impact: The City's portion of the FY 2015 Enterprise License Agreement is planned and budgeted for in the FY 2015 Information Technology Services Budget. On August 7, 2014, City Council approved resolution R-14-1071, authorizing a Purchase Order to Azteca Systems for payment of the City's portion of the Enterprise License fee.
