Whereas, The City of Ann Arbor has provided in years past free outdoor natural ice rinks;

Whereas, The last two winters have been long and cold enough to support natural ice rinks; and

Whereas, Winters in the near future may be long and cold enough to support natural ice rinks;

RESOLVED, That Ann Arbor City Council requests the City administration to prepare a cost estimate for the re-establishment of three free outdoor natural ice rinks at Burns Park, Allmendinger Park, and Northside Park.
