Memorandum
The attached resolution requests approval of renewal of the Class C Resort liquor license and permits held by Packard Rub, LLC, d/b/a Rub BBQ & Pub of Ann Arbor (Business I.D. 231056).

City Council had previously set an administrative hearing for March 4, 2015 on the City Treasurer's objection to renewal of the liquor license based on Section 9:79(1)(b) of the Ann Arbor City Code (delinquent personal property taxes and fees).

On the date set for the administrative hearing on the City Treasurer's objection to renewal of the liquor license, Packard Rub, LLC appeared, waived its right to a hearing, acknowledged violation of Section 9:79(b) of Chapter 109, Liquor, of the Ann Arbor City Code and tendered payment in full of all delinquent obligations which were the basis of the Treasurer's objection;

On March 11, 2015, the City Treasurer confirmed the delinquent obligations were paid in full and he has withdrawn his objection to renewal.

Renewal of the liquor license is recommended.
