Resolution to Appoint Bob Needham to the City Environmental Commission

Whereas, City Council passed an ordinance creating a City Environmental Commission;
Whereas, The ordinance requires City Council to nominate and appoint the members of the Commission, and;
Whereas, There is currently a vacancy on the Commission due to the expiration of the term of John German;
RESOLVED, That Bob Needham be appointed to a term on the City Environmental Commission, filling the vacancy created by John German, with a term beginning June 1, 2014, through May 31, 2017.
