Whereas, The appointee has not been a registered elector in the City of Ann Arbor for at least one year immediately preceding this appointment; and
Whereas, The City Charter requires that the appointment of a person who has not been a registered elector in the City of Ann Arbor for at least one year immediately preceding appointment be approved by a resolution concurred in by not less than 7 members of the Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council appoints Kenneth J. Winters to the Building Board of Appeals.
