Title
An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 55 (Zoning), Rezoning of 2.96 Acres from PUD (Planned Unit Development District) to C3 (Fringe Commercial District), Plum Market Rezoning, 3601 Plymouth Road (CPC Recommendation: Approval - 7 Yeas and 0 Nays) (Ordinance No. ORD-15-01)
Memorandum
Approval of this resolution will rezone this 2.96 acre parcel from PUD to C3 to allow conversion of an existing educational building into a grocery store and construct a 4,639 sf one-story addition to the north side of the building.  The parking lot will be reconfigured while retaining the same number of parking spaces.
The City Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the adjacent zoning, the surrounding land uses, and the City's Master Plan and recommended approval of the request at its meeting of November 18, 2014.
