RESOLVED, That the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to resolve the case entitled Soltis v City of Ann Arbor, et al, Washtenaw County Trial Court Case No. 13-115-CB, for $25,000 contingent upon the receipt of a settlement agreement and release of all claims and a dismissal with prejudice by the Court in a form and with terms approved by the City Attorney.
