RESOLVED, That the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to resolve the case entitled Wilkerson v Warner, Federal District Court, Eastern District of Michigan Case No. 09-14558, for $25,000 contingent upon the receipt of a settlement agreement and release of all claims and a dismissal with prejudice by the Court in a form and with terms approved by the City Attorney.
