Resolution to Appoint Charles Jason Frenzel to the Environmental Commission

Whereas, The ordinance creating the Environmental Commission requires the City Councilmembers currently serving on the Environmental Commission to nominate citizen appointments to the Commission;
Whereas, The ordinance requires City Council to confirm citizen appointments to the Commission;
Whereas, Jason Frenzel has expressed an interest in serving on the Environmental Commission; and
Whereas, Jason Frenzel has been nominated by Councilmembers Briere and Anglin;
RESOLVED, That the nomination of Jason Frenzel to the Environmental Commission is confirmed and Mr. Frenzel is appointed for a three-year term beginning June 1, 2014 and expiring May 31, 2017; and
RESOLVED, That the City Clerk notify Mr. Frenzel of his appointment.
