Whereas, Macy's Retail Holdings, Inc. is the owner of real property located in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, commonly known as 700 Briarwood Circle, more fully described at Liber 1441 Page 486, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Macy's Retail Holdings, Inc. has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances consisting of four parts, described as:
Water Main Easement Area "A"
