This resolution is submitted for City Council's approval of Board of Insurance Administration recommendations at its meeting on October 23, 2014, which was held for the purpose of determining pending claims against the City, conducting other business and making recommendations to City Council.

Whereas, Recommendations of approval or denial of claims and/or settlements in excess of $5,000.00 by the Board of Insurance Administration are submitted to City Council for approval; and
Whereas, The Board of Insurance Administration recommends approval of a voluntary payment agreement in resolution of wage loss and differential benefits in the amount of $50,000.00 for the worker's compensation claim of Ralph Parratta considered at its meeting on October 23, 2014;
RESOLVED, That the Board of Insurance Administration's recommended approval at its October 23, 2014 meeting of a voluntary payment agreement in resolution of wage loss and differential benefits in the amount of $50,000.00 for the worker's compensation claim of Ralph Parratta be approved.
