Whereas, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., a California corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 3947 Research Park Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108, described at Liber 1496, Page 912 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records;
Whereas, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. has signed a grant of easement for a sidewalk, path, or way for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, being more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12 of Research Park, a subdivision of part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan as recorded in Liber 15 of Plats, Pages 56-57 of Washtenaw County records; thence along the North line of said Lot 12, North 88°14'28" East (recorded as North 87°53'20" East) 17.01 feet to a non-tangent 3494.72-foot radius curve to the right; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve, 300.20 feet, long chord bearing South 03°01'07" West 300.10 feet to the South line of said Lot 12; thence along said South line, South 88°12'56" West (recorded as South 87°53'20" West) 17.14 feet to the East right-of-way line of Research Park Drive and the West line of said Lot 12 on a non-tangent 3477.72-foot radius curve to the left; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve, 300.22 feet, long chord bearing North 03°02'31" East (recorded as North 02°41'20" East) 300.12 feet to the point of beginning. Being a part of Tax Parcel I.D. No. 09-12-09-302-006.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor accepts this grant of easement.
