RESOLVED, That the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to resolve the case entitled Goldstone v. Warner, Washtenaw County Trial Court Case No. 13-58 NO, in the manner discussed in Closed Sessions. The Plaintiff has submitted a properly executed settlement and release containing the offer of settlement; and
RESOLVED, The form of the settlement will be approved by the City Attorney and the agreement will be signed in the usual manner.
