Resolution to Nominate and Appoint Member to the City of Ann Arbor Environmental Commission

Whereas, The ordinance creating the Environmental Commission requires City Council to nominate and approve the appointments of the members;
Whereas, Katherine Hollins has applied to serve on the Environmental Commission; and
Whereas, Ms. Hollins has the educational background, professional experience and interest to serve effectively on the Environmental Commission;
RESOLVED, That the nomination to the Environmental Commission be approved for Katherine Hollins for a three-year term beginning June 1, 2014 and expiring May 31, 2017; and
RESOLVED, That the City Clerk notify Ms Hollins of this appointment.
