Memorandum
This resolution is to accept an easement from Subaru Research and Development, Inc. for sanitary sewer at 3995 Research Park Drive. Conveyance of this easement is a required off-site improvement under the Belle Tire site plan at 590 W. Ellsworth Rd, approved by City Council on October 7, 2013.
This easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Subaru Research and Development, Inc., a California corporation, is the owner of property commonly known as 3995 Research Park Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108 described in Liber 4067 Page 542 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records;
Whereas, Subaru Research and Development, Inc. has executed and delivered a grant of easement for sanitary sewer, being more particularly described as:
