PROCLAMATION
In Appreciation of
Meg Crawley
March 3, 2014
WHEREAS, Meg Crawley has dedicated herself to volunteering through the Citizen Pruner Program; and
WHEREAS, Meg Crawley has worked enthusiastically to care for the city's young trees by pruning, weeding, and monitoring street and park trees in her neighborhood and throughout the city; and has served as a mentor and leader for other volunteers; and
WHEREAS, The City of Ann Arbor celebrates its urban and community forest and appreciates the tireless work of volunteers in assisting with its care.
NOW THEREFORE, I, John Hieftje, Mayor of Ann Arbor, Michigan, in recognition of these personal and volunteer endeavors conducted for the greater good of our community, do hereby proclaim a commemoration of Meg Crawley on March 3, 2014, in the City of Ann Arbor.
