Attached for your consideration is a request from Silvio's Organic Pizzeria, Inc. to Transfer the Classification of a Liquor License from a Tavern License to a Class C License Located at 715 N. University, d/b/a Silvio's Organic Pizzeria. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
Planning and Development, the City Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
