Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to approve a grant of easement to DTE Electric Company for the construction and maintenance of electrical utility service at 350 South Fifth Avenue related to new construction at the Blake Transit Center.

The easement is in standard form and has been reviewed by the required City service areas. Approval of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, the City of Ann Arbor, a Michigan municipal corporation, whose address is 301 E. Huron St., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, is the fee owner of real property commonly known as 350 South Fifth Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, as described in Liber 4349, Page 365 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records;

Whereas, DTE Electric Company has requested an easement for the construction and maintenance of electrical utility service at 350 South Fifth Avenue;

Whereas, the required City service areas have reviewed the request and recommend approval of the grant of easement for electrical utility service;

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby approves a grant of easement to DTE Electric Company for the construction and maintenance of electrical utility service at 350 South Fifth Avenue, more particularly described as:

A part of lot 3, Block 3 South, Range 5 East, original plat of the Village (now City) of Ann Arbor, described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said lot 3; thence along the West line of said lot 3 and the East line of South Fourth Avenue, S00°23'28"W 4.00 feet to the point of beginning, said point being the Southwest corner of an existing electrical easement; thence along the South line of said existing easement, S89°22'42"E 122.01 feet to the West li...
