Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from RSW Washtenaw LLC for water main and sanitary sewer service at 3100 Washtenaw.
The water main and sanitary sewer easement is pursuant to the development agreement for Arbor Hills Crossing. The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, RSW Washtenaw LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3100 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104 described in Liber 4791 Page 794 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records;
Whereas, RSW Washtenaw LLC has executed and delivered easement for water and sanitary sewer, being more particularly described as:
