Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from Byron Bunker and Amy Bunker for sidewalk for public non-motorized and pedestrian travel at 2760 Nixon Road.
The sidewalk easement is being acquired in connection with the Safe Routes to School initiative for Clague School. The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of the easement is recommended.

Whereas, Byron Bunker and Amy Bunker are the owners in fee simple of property located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records in Liber 4737, page 739 of Deeds; and
Whereas, Byron Bunker and Amy Bunker have executed and delivered a grant of easement for land located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City for a sidewalk for public non-motorized and pedestrian travel to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
Being a part of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 15, T2S R6E,
commencing at the North ¼ post of said Section; thence along the North
