PROCLAMATION
In Appreciation of
Molly Cocco, Mallory Munzel, and Claire Crause
Members of the Pioneer Global Improvement Society
May 6, 2013
WHEREAS, Molly Cocco, Mallory Munzel, and Claire Crause, members of the Pioneer Global Improvement Society, have dedicated themselves to volunteering in the assistance of the Ann Arbor Parks; and
WHEREAS, Molly Cocco, Mallory Munzel, and Claire Crause have worked with the GIVE 365 Volunteer Program at several of our recreation facilities and parks, assisting with holiday decorating, special events, facility maintenance and set up and participating in our Earth Day 2013 events; and
WHEREAS, Their consistent participation with the GIVE 365 Volunteer Program and attendance at over 15 events has made a positive impact on the facilities and park space as well as the customers with which they have interacted; and
WHEREAS, The City of Ann Arbor appreciates the tireless work of volunteers in assistance of our parks.
NOW THEREFORE, I, John Hieftje, Mayor of Ann Arbor, Michigan, in recognition of these personal and volunteer endeavors, conducted to the greater good of our community, do hereby proclaim a commemoration of Molly Cocco, Mallory Munzel, and Claire Crause, members of the Pioneer Global Improvement Society on May 6, 2013, in the City of Ann Arbor.
