Resolution to Appoint Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

Body

Whereas, The Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) require the Mayor and City Council to appoint the Chairperson of the ZBA;

Whereas, Carol Kuhnke, the longstanding ZBA Chairperson, resigned in December 2012 to assume her new position as judge for the 22^nd Circuit Court; and

Whereas, Alex Milshteyn is the current Vice Chairperson of the ZBA and an active member in good standing;

Resolved, That City Council designates Alex Milshteyn to serve as Chairperson of the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective March 27, 2013, for a term of one year or through the end of his appointment, whichever occurs first.
