Resolution to Reconvene the Design Guidelines Taskforce

Whereas, Resolution R-10-012 requested the creation of the Design Guidelines Task Force and gave them a charge to provide Council with recommendations regarding design guidelines and their integration into the City's planning procedures;
Whereas, The Design Guidelines Task Force reported to Council, the Design Guidelines were adopted and a design review process was incorporated into the City Code; and
Whereas, City Council has decided to reconvene the Design Guidelines Task Force review and make recommendations to City Council regarding improvements to the Design Guidelines and design review process;
RESOLVED, That City Council reconvene the Design Guidelines Task Force to review and make recommendations to City Council regarding improvements to the Design Guidelines and design review process; and
RESOLVED, That City Council appoints the following individuals to the Design Guidelines Task Force:
Marcia Higgins - Chair
Tamara Burns
Dick Mitchell
Bill Kinley
Norm Tyler
Kirk Westphal
Doug Kelbaugh; and
RESOLVED, That the Design Guidelines Task Force be directed to bring a recommendation to City Council by September 16, 2013.
