Memorandum
The Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority Operations Committee met on December 13, 2012 to review the DDA's Fiscal Year 2011/12 financial audit reports prepared by Rehmann Robson. Upon the recommendation of its Operations Committee, on January 9, 2013 the DDA board voted unanimously to accept the document. The DDA received an unqualified clean audit with no findings.
