There is a resolution before you to accept a Grant of Easement for water main at 1615 S. State St. from H & B Enterprises, a Michigan co-partnership.
The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, H & B Enterprises, a Michigan co-partnership is the owner in fee simple of the property located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, States of Michigan, as described in the Washtenaw County Records at Liber 3988, page 209, and recorded on January 5, 2001;
Whereas, H & B Enterprises has delivered an easement, executed by on behalf of the coo partnership by Henry VanderGoot, Managing Partner, for the land located in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw to the City for the construction and maintenance of a municipally operated public service comprising the public utility system to run with the land and burden the respective property perpetually, being more particularly described as follows:
