Attached for your consideration is a to transfer ownership of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with an Entertainment Permit, located at 3150 Boardwalk, from Baybest Ribs, L.L.C. to HJja Hospitality, LLC, d/b/a Damon's Grill. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
