Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer the ownership and location of an escrowed 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, from The Blue Wolverine, Inc., which is currently located at 309-311 S. Main St., to JPK Enterprises, LLC , transferring location to 209 S. Main St. The applicant is also requesting an SDM Liquor License as well as an Outdoor Service Area to be held in conjunction with the Class C Liquor License. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a restaurant from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
