Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership of an escrowed 2011 Tavern License, a B-Hotel License, and a Dance-Entertainment Permit, from Pizza Hut of America, Inc. to Ann Arbor Lodging LS, LLC; transfer the location from 2160 Rawsonville Rd., in Belleville Michigan, to 1401 Briarwood Circle, d/b/a Hilton Garden Suites. The applicant is also requesting a new SDM License to be held in conjunction with the above mentioned licenses, a new Sunday Sales Permit (AM and PM), an outdoor service area as well as an additional bar to be located on the property. These additional requests do not need Council approval. The applicant plans to run the business as a hotel.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
