Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer the ownership and location of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, Located at 118-120-122 E. Liberty, from North Point Seafood Steakhouse LLC, to K. G. Food Service, Inc. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a new restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Champion House.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
