Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer the ownership of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 118-118 ½ W. Liberty St., from C & A Operating Corporation to Granger Tavern, LLC, d/b/a The Grange. The applicant has recently opened a new restaurant, The Grange, in the location of the former Bella Ciao.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
