Memorandum
There is a resolution before you to accept an easement from the Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor, a public body corporate organized and existing under the Michigan Revised School Code, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a water main on the Pioneer High School property.

This Grant of Easement willl vacate, supersede and replace the Grant of Easement as recorded in Liber 4813, Page 321 on October 25, 2010 in the Washtenaw County Records.

The constructed fire hydrant did not fit into the existing easement area, and a new easement is required to grant additional area for the hydrant.

The terms and conditions of the grant of easement have been reviewed and approved by the Project Management Unit of the Public Services Area.

The easement is in standard form and conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of the grant of easement is recommended.
