Attached for your consideration is a request from Last Word Ann Arbor L.L.C., to transfer the ownership of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located at 102 S. First, from Ann Arbor 1999, L.L.C., to Last Word Ann Arbor L.L.C. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as a nightclub as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
