Attached for your consideration is a request from American Blue Ribbon Holdings, LLC (A Delaware Limited Liability Company) to transfer ownership of a 2010 Class C Liquor licensed business, issued under MCL 436.1531(4), located at 445 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 1, from Max & Erma's Restaurants, Inc. (A Delaware Corporation). The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
