Attached for your consideration is a request from Ann Arbor Farms Hotel Corporation to drop Green Road Executive Suites, L.L.C. as co-licensee in a 2009 B-Hotel Liquor Licensed Business, with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located at 3535 Green Ct., d/b/a as Holiday Inn. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
