Resolution to Award a Construction Contract to Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. (ITB. 4204, $3,647,344.36) for the 2012 Street Resurfacing Project - Program A
Memorandum
Attached for your review and approval is a resolution to award a construction contract to Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. in the amount of $3,647,344.36 for the 2012 Street Resurfacing Project - Program A.

If the project fund is depleted prior to the completion of all the streets listed on the attachments, the construction contract will be terminated and the balance of the streets wil...
