Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership of a 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance Permit, located at 312 S. Main, from 314 S. Main, L.L.C. to Mélange Bistro LLC, d/b/a Mélange Bistro. The application is also requesting the transfer of an SDM License and an Outdoor Service Area to be held in conjunction with the Class C Liquor License. The applicant plans to maintain the same business as is currently operating.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
