Resolution to Dissolve the Mutually Beneficial Committee of City Council

Body

Whereas, The Ann Arbor City Council created the Mutually Beneficial Committee to work with the DDA on the terms of the parking agreement and make a recommendation back to Council;

Whereas, A recommendation was made to Council and the work of the committee is completed;

RESOLVED, That the Mutually Beneficial Committee is dissolved effective December 5, 2011.
