Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership of an escrowed 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 2895 Washtenaw, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, from Ypsi-Arbor Lanes, Inc. to Whole Foods Market Group, Inc., transferring the location to 3135 Washtenaw, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
