Resolution to Approve Amendment #1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Rowe Professional Services Company for General Civil Engineering and Surveying Services ($30,000.00)
Memorandum
This is to recommend approval of the attached resolution authorizing an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Rowe Professional Services Company (ROWE) for additional general civil engineering and surveying services for the General Civil Engineering and Surveying Services Professional Services Agreement (RFP No. 943).
In January 2016, the City entered into an agreement with ROWE for miscellaneous Civil Engineering and Surveying Services for $100,000.00. The City used ROWE to assist with design engineering, specification and shop drawing review, and survey work on several projects. In order to complete their work on the projects to which they were assigned, the professional services agreement needs to be extended. This amendment would bring the total contract amount with ROWE to $130,000.00.
Budget Impact
This amendment will be funded from various project budgets on which ROWE is performing work. Sufficient funds exist within these project budgets to fund this amendment.
