Resolution to Approve Revised Bylaws of the Environmental Commission
Memorandum
The attached bylaws were approved by the Environmental Commission on December 6, 2018. The bylaws have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and comport with the current standard bylaws format consistent with Council Resolution R-08-496.

Whereas, The Ann Arbor Environmental Commission approved the attached bylaws at its December 6, 2018 meeting; and
Whereas, City Council has passed a resolution requiring all proposed bylaws of City boards and commissions to be approved by City Council;
RESOLVED, That City Council approves the attached bylaws of the Ann Arbor Environmental Commission.
