The Ann Arbor City Council adopted Resolution R-26-222 and Resolution R-26-223 at the June 15, 2026, regular session of the Ann Arbor City Council. On June 29, 2026, the City Clerk’s Office received letters of approval from the State of Michigan Department of Attorney General for the two charter proposals.
