Memorandum

Attached is a resolution for a New Outdoor Service Area (2^nd area) located on City sidewalk in conjunction with a 2009 Micro Brewer License, Small Distiller License and a Small Wine Maker License located at 309-311 S. Main from Northern United Brewing Company, LLC - d/b/a Jolly Pumpkin.  The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.

The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
