This easement provides public access from E. Mosley Street along the railroad tracks behind the development at 615 S. Main. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, the CCSHP Ann Arbor I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 615 S. Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at 5175, Pages 890, 891, 892, 893, 897 and 898 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the County of Washtenaw has signed a grant of easement for public nonmotorized and pedestrian travel and appurtenances thereto, described as:
Commencing at the NW Corner of Lot 4 of Assessor’s Plat No. 30, as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 34, Washtenaw County Records, thence S 89°46’50” E 166.09 feet along the North line of said Lot 4 to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing S 89°46’50” E 16.38 feet along the North line of said Lot 4; thence S 23°32’00” E 326.14 feet along the Westerly right-of-way line of the Ann Arbor Railroad; thence N 88°59’30” W 19.79 feet along the South line of Lot 6 of said Assessor’s Plat No. 30 and the North line of E. Mosley Street; thence N 23°32’00” W 205.02 feet; thence S 89°48’08” E 3.28 feet along the North line of Lot 5 of said Assessor’s Plat No. 30; thence N 23°32’00” W 120.82 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
